Welcome to Sussex, the Dairy Center of the Maritimes! Well, yes, we do have a lot of cows, but we have so much more as well.
We are located in the center of New Brunswick’s 3 major cities: Fredericton (1 hour drive), Moncton (45 min), & Saint John (35 min). We are also only 2 hours drive from the Maine, USA border and 40 minutes from Fundy National Park and the Bay of Fundy.
Our surrounding area of 35,000 residents offer world class hospitality and boast a fantastic golf course and ski and snowboard resort. Add our 26 building murals, countless covered bridges, excellent schools and abundant churches and you can see why we were voted one of the Top Ten Places to live in Canada by Chatelaine magazine in 1999.
